Hi again! Today I’m introducing a series of looks which I will be posting soon, which is the “Everyday makeup” series.
Basically I am replicating a look I wear on a regular basis for the office. Since I like to look as natural as possible, I only go for a BB cream instead of the foundation. If I have to stay longer in the office for an event then, I do apply a foundation, but on a daily basis my BB cream does the job. I’ve been using this ever since I started using BB creams and I have to say it hasn’t let me down after these years. It covers well and yet feels very light on the skin. I put two coats of it since I was working for the first time with a ring light and it showed a lot of the imperfections through the foundation.
After I had applied the concealers, Benefit’s Boi-ing which I am really liking and MAC Studio finish Concealer, I powdered the T-zone with the E.L.F. Complexion perfection compact powder.
Once I had primed the eyes with my Zoeva eye primer, I applied MAC’s Espresso on the lid and blended the edges with a blending brush. Then I applied Wedge in the crease and Kid as another transition color. Finally I applied Brulé on the brow bone. I finished the eyes with a coat of my L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes Extra-black.
The eyebrows were as usual filled in with the KIKO expert eyebrow kit.
Concerning the lips, I only wore a lip balm since it is what I use every day for the office. I can apply it easily throughout the day and I don’t need to be afraid if it moves or not.The last picture shows an alternative of this look should the office makeup turn into a “afterwork” party makeup 😉 As mentioned before, I used NARS Satin lip pencil in the shade Luxembourg.
